Carrier weight limits for GolfBox shipments

GolfBox uses multiple carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Each carrier has a maximum weight per consignment.

Maximum weight per consignment by carrier

• Australia Post: 22 kg
• StarTrack: 32 kg
• FedEx / TNT: 25 kg
• Aramex: 25 kg

What happens if your order exceeds the limit

• If your order exceeds a carrier's weight limit, available shipping options will be automatically restricted at checkout.
• Heavy orders (e.g., multiple sets of clubs, buggies) may be split across multiple consignments and arrive separately.

Troubleshooting

• No shipping options appearing at checkout? Your order may exceed the weight limits for all available carriers. Contact our Customer Service team with your cart details and we can advise on the best shipping option.
• Order split into multiple deliveries? This is normal for heavy orders. Each consignment will have its own tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.
