GolfBox partners with Australia's largest carriers and takes care with packaging to protect your equipment in transit. If something goes wrong, use the steps below to resolve it quickly.
Delivery options and recommendations
- Carriers have authority to leave parcels at the supplied address by default.
- Higher-value orders may require a signature.
- For best results, ship to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery - a work address is often ideal.
- For apartments or unit complexes, ensure the delivery area is accessible and secure. Once the carrier confirms delivery via GPS, authority-to-leave photos, and proof of delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your order arrives damaged
- Check the packaging for visible damage before opening.
- Take clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
- Note your order number.
- Contact GolfBox Customer Service with your order number and photos as soon as possible.
If your order appears lost in transit
- Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update. For carrier tracking links, see How do I track my GolfBox order?
- Allow a few extra days beyond the estimated delivery date - delays can occur.
- Contact the carrier directly using your consignment number for a status update.
- If the carrier confirms the item is formally lost, contact GolfBox Customer Service with your order number, consignment number, and any relevant details.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it
- Check around your property - behind bins, side gates, and any accessible spots.
- Check with other people at your address who may have received it.
- Check your letterbox or email for a delivery card or notification.
- If still missing, contact GolfBox Customer Service with your order number and tracking details.
