We may be able to update your shipping address as long as your order has not been Shipped from our warehouse already.
Our fulfilment systems are automated in nature, so once the items have been picked/packed into secure caging, it may not be possible to update or amend the order including updates to shipping details.
The fastest way to request a change of address on a new order, is to promptly email us at cs@golfbox.com.au with the Subject line "ADDRESS CHANGE ORDER #".
If your already has already shipped and the carrier is Australia Post then you may be able to redirect your package using the MyPost app.
