My order is missing items

Orders shipped in multiple packages

• Orders can be shipped from multiple locations, so your entire order may not arrive at the same time.
• Small items are often packed inside the box of a larger item on the same order. Check inside all received cartons carefully, as smaller items can fall to the bottom of club boxes during transit.

Bulky items

• Golf bags, buggies, package sets, and other large items are shipped via road freight, which can take 4-10 business days.
• Smaller items are shipped via air freight and typically arrive in 1-5 business days.
• Each shipping consignment has its own tracking number.
• Road freight may have limited scan checkpoints between the Perth depot and eastern states destinations, so tracking updates may only appear close to the delivery date.

Missing inventory

If an item cannot be fulfilled, GolfBox will either:

• Contact you by email to offer a comparable replacement, or
• Refund you in full for the item that cannot be supplied.

Troubleshooting

• If the remaining part of your order has not arrived within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date shown in tracking, contact our customer service team with your order number so the issue can be investigated.
