How to provide delivery instructions for your GolfBox order

You can add specific delivery instructions to your GolfBox order at checkout.

How to add delivery instructions

1. During checkout, go to the Shipping section.
2. Enter your instructions in the Order Comments box.
3. Complete your order as normal.

Examples of helpful instructions

• "Leave behind the bin near the side gate on the right side of the house."
• "Deliver to the rear patio (around the side). Gate code 1234."
• "Leave my parcel behind the wheelie bin near the front door."

Important notes

• GolfBox will pass your instructions on to the carrier, but final delivery remains at the carrier's discretion for safety and security reasons.
• Drivers do not carry company phones and are generally unable to accommodate requests for a phone call prior to delivery.
• For large items requiring a signature, ensure someone is home or provide a safe location for the driver to leave the parcel.

Troubleshooting

• Instructions not followed by the carrier? Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and we can follow up with the carrier.
• Need to add instructions after placing your order? Contact Customer Service with your order number as soon as possible - we can attempt to relay instructions to the carrier before dispatch.
