Estimated delivery times depend on the size of your items and your delivery address. All timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Australian deliveries - metropolitan areas
- Small items (clubs, balls, gloves, clothing, shoes): 1-2 business days
- Large items (buggies, bags, package sets): 4-6 business days
Australian deliveries - regional and rural areas
- Small items (clubs, balls, gloves, clothing, shoes): 3-5 business days
- Large items (buggies, bags, package sets): 6-10 business days
International deliveries
- International orders ship via DHL Express: typically 6-10 business days.

Tracking your delivery
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email with a consignment number and carrier details.
- Tracking becomes active after 9pm AEST on the day of dispatch.

Troubleshooting
- Order not arrived within the estimated timeframe? First check your tracking link from the Shipping Confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and tracking details.
