Where do I send my return?

Return options

You can return items using the Australia Post Easy Returns portal or your own carrier.

Option A: Australia Post Easy Returns portal

• Accepts packages under 100cm in length.
• Flat fee of $15.70 from anywhere in Australia.

1. Go to the GolfBox Easy Returns portal.
2. Fill out the online form.
3. Enter your order number in the Order ID field.

Option B: Your own carrier

• Use this option if your package is over 100cm in length, or if you prefer to arrange your own shipping.
• Address the package to:

• Keep a record of your return tracking number in case there is an issue locating your return.

Important

• Returns may not be accepted if the item, its box, or packaging is marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
