My return shows "Awaiting Collection" - has GolfBox received it?

"Awaiting Collection" means your return has arrived at our PO Box and is waiting to be collected by our team. This is a normal step in the returns process - no action is needed from you.

What happens next

• Morning: Returned items scan at the local Post Office when they arrive.
• Afternoon (~5pm AEST): Australia Post delivers all items from our PO Box to our warehouse.
• Processing: Our returns team processes returns within 3-5 business days of receiving the item in the warehouse.
• Refund confirmation: You'll receive an automated Refund Confirmation email once processing is complete.

Troubleshooting

• No refund confirmation after 7 business days? Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and return tracking details.
• Sent your return but tracking shows no movement? Contact Customer Service with your return tracking number so we can investigate with Australia Post.
