I've only received part of my order?

Orders can be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations so you entire order may not be delivered at the same time. 

Small items are often packed inside the box of larger items on the same order, and it's relatively common for these smaller items to fall to the bottom of Club boxes during transit. Please double check inside all received cartons before contacting our Customer Service team

Bulky items

Golf bags, buggies, packages and other large items will be sent via Road whereas all small items are sent via air. Each shipping consignment will have its own tracking number.

Orders containing a golf bag, buggy, package set or any other bulk sized items are shipped via road which can take 4-10 business days, whereas we can ship smaller items via Air Freight which is why they normally arrive in 1-5 days.

The other caveat with road freight is that there are generally no scan checkpoints between the dispatching Perth depot and the destination Depot in the Eastern States, so unlike Air freight which arrives at the destination overnight and is scanned then; road freight might only see subsequent scans on or close to the delivery date.

Missing Inventory

For any items that we are unable to fulfil, we will either:

• Contact you via email to offer a comparable replacement
• Refund you in full for the item we are unable to supply

If the balance of your order has not arrived 48 hours after the estimated delivery date on the tracking, please contact our Customer Service team and we can investigate further.
