PO Box and Parcel Locker Delivery Restrictions

Learn which GolfBox orders can be delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, and what address requirements apply to large items.

• Standard orders: Can be delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
• Bulky items (golf bags, buggies, package sets): Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers — a physical address is required.
• Large items — residential address: Must be a residential or commercial physical address. For units or complexes, ensure there is a secure mail room or someone available to sign for the delivery.
• Large items — commercial address: Must include the business name so the carrier can complete delivery.

Troubleshooting

• Entered the wrong address at checkout? Contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number — we can update the address before dispatch if the order has not yet shipped.
• Carrier rejected delivery to your address? Contact Customer Service with your order number and the carrier's notification so we can arrange re-delivery to a valid address.
