GolfBox Shipping Times & Order Dispatch Windows

Learn when your GolfBox order will ship based on order time and item availability.

Same-day dispatch (Mon–Fri): Orders placed before 3pm AEST ship the same day, provided all items are in stock and pass warehouse quality control checks.
Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped Monday. During high-volume periods (e.g., sales), allow an additional 1–2 business days for fulfilment and dispatch.
Custom workshop and shaft builds: Subject to our club makers' current order volume — allow 5–7 extra business days for build time prior to dispatch.
Tracking email: Shipment and tracking notifications are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm AEST, after freight scans into the carrier's depot following dispatch from our warehouse.
Multiple packages: Orders can be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations — your entire order may not be delivered at the same time.
East Coast customers: GolfBox is based in Perth (2 hours behind AEST, 3 hours behind during daylight saving time), giving us plenty of time to prepare and send your order same-day.
