- Free delivery (Australia): Orders over $99 ship free to most Australian addresses. Excludes the Northern Territory and remote Australian islands.
- Standard Australian shipping: Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- International shipping: Shipping cost is calculated by weight and determined automatically at checkout. Enter your delivery details on the Cart page or in the Shipping section of Checkout to get an estimate before placing your order.

- The estimated shipping cost will display before you confirm payment.
Troubleshooting
- Shipping cost higher than expected? Check whether your address is in an excluded zone (NT or remote islands). If you believe there's an error, contact our Customer Service team with your postcode and order details.
- Free shipping not applying at checkout? Confirm your cart total is over $99 after any discounts are applied. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service for assistance.
