If your order is returned to sender please email cs@golfbox.com.au to discuss options. We can reship your order if you can provide an updated delivery address. Otherwise we can refund your order when it arrives back, allowing you to repurchase now to minimise lead time on the delivery.
If you have used your GolfBox account to purchase from us, we recommend checking and updating the shipping details in your account where necessary to avoid any issues.
If you wish to checkout as a guest, we advise you to check all details thoroughly before proceeding to payment to avoid any future issues as well.
Immediately following successful purchase, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. Please use this opportunity to verify the order details and contact our Customer Service team immediately if you notice any errors.
Possible reasons for failed delivery and RTS include:
- Wrong or old address details supplied
- Unit or apartment number missing
- Delivery was rejected by someone at the premises
- Commercial address with no business name provided
