My parcel has been returned to sender. What now?

If your order is returned to sender please email cs@golfbox.com.au to discuss options. We can reship your order if you can provide an updated delivery address. Otherwise we can refund your order.

If you have used your GolfBox account to purchase from us. We advise you to check and update the shipping details in your account to avoid any future issues.

If you wish to checkout as a guest, we advise you to check all details thoroughly before proceeding to payment to avoid any future issues as well.

Possible failed delivery reasons:

• Wrong address entered
• Unit number missing
• Parcel was rejected
• Commercial address with no business name provided
