I have received an SMS saying I owe money for shipping charges?

At no point does GolfBox request additional payment, such as shipping charges, after an order has been placed.

There are some notorious SMS and email scams, where companies impersonating legitimate carriers will ask for payment of shipping charges and claim this necessary before the order will be delivered.

Please ignore/delete any of these potential scam messages and stay safe online!
