How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery timeframe for your order will depend on several factors including the size of the freight and the specific delivery address location.
 

Deliveries within Australia

Metropolitan Areas:

• Clubs, Balls, Gloves, Clothing, Shoes and other small items: 1-2 Business Days
• Buggies, Bags and Package Sets: 4-6 Business Days

Regional and Rural Areas:

• Clubs, Balls, Gloves, Clothing, Shoes and other small items: 3-4 Business Days
• Buggies, Bags and Package Sets: 6-8 Business Days

International Deliveries

International orders are shipped by DHL Express which typically has a 6-10 business day ETA on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This will contain a Consignment Number and the details of the Carrier used to ship your order. Please go to the carrier's website and input your tracking number to monitor delivery status. 

Please note that tracking only becomes available after 9.00pm AEDST on the day that your order is shipped.
