- If shipping to an apartment or unit complex, please ensure the mailing room or delivery location is accessible to the carrier and secure. Once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address (via GPS coordinates, authority to leave photos, and proof of delivery), responsibility for the security of the parcel is transferred to the recipient.
