Sure, you can definitely provide specific/detailed delivery instructions when placing your GolfBox order.
During checkout (or when finalising your order with our Concierge team), simply add your preferred instructions in the "Order Comments” box.
This can be found in the "Shipping" section during the Checkout process.
Examples of helpful instructions include:
- “Please leave behind the bin near the side gate on the right side of the house.”
- “Deliver to the rear patio (around the side). Gate code 1234”
- “Leave my parcel behind the wheelie bin near the front door”
Our team will pass these instructions on to the carrier. Please note that while we make every effort to accommodate special requests, final delivery remains at the discretion of the carrier for safety and security reasons.
The Drivers don't carry company phones, so they are generally unable to accommodate requests to make contact via phone call prior to delivery.
