How do I return an item to GolfBox?

GolfBox offers a 30-day returns policy. Before sending anything back, check your item meets the GolfBox returns policy conditions.

Australian returns - Option A: Australia Post Easy Returns (recommended)

• Flat fee of $15.70 from anywhere in Australia.
• Accepts packages under 100cm in length and 22kg in weight.
• Start your return: Australia Post Easy Returns portal for GolfBox
• Enter your Order Number in the Order ID field when prompted.
• Australia Post will provide a return tracking number (typically starting with 333 or 33TUA). Track your return at Australia Post tracking.

Australian returns - Option B: Your own carrier

• Use any carrier of your choice (Pack & Send, Couriers Please, Hunter Express, etc.).
• Address the package to:

International returns

• Email cs@golfbox.com.au with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• Arranging and paying for international return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

After you've sent your return

• Our returns team processes returns within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
• You'll receive an automated Refund Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Troubleshooting

• Return tracking shows no movement? Contact our Customer Service team with your return tracking number.
• Refund not received after 7 business days? Contact Customer Service with your order number and return tracking details.
