How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will generally be shipped that same day, providing all items are in stock.

Shaft Builds and other workshop requests are subject to our club makers current order volume, so we recommend allowing 5-7 business days for build time prior to dispatch.

The shipment and tracking notification does not get emailed to customers until after 7pm AEST. 

Orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped Monday, however during periods of high order volumes we recommend allowing an additional 1-2 business days for fulfilment and dispatch. 

Please note: Orders can be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations, so your entire order may not be delivered at the same time.

Australian East Coast Customers: we are based in Perth and we are 2 hours behind AEST (3 hours behind during daylight savings time) which gives us plenty of time to prepare and send your order same-day.
