If you received an email saying your return has arrived at our PO Box and is "Awaiting Collection", please do not email us. Returning items often scan at the local Post Office in the morning.
We then have a daily delivery in the afternoon whereby the Post Office delivers all items from our PO Box to our warehouse. This happens around 5pm AEST.
Our returns department typically processes returns within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an automated Refund Confirmation email once this has been finalised.
