Where do I send returns back to?

You have the option to use either the fixed-price Australia Post Easy Returns portal, OR your own carrier:

Option A:

The Easy Returns portal (powered by Aus Post) accepts packages under 100cm in length for a flat fee of $14.95 from anywhere in Australia.

Simply fill out this online form https://return.auspost.com.au/golfbox remembering to enter your Order Number in the Order ID box.

Option B:

If your package is over 100cm, or if you would prefer use your own carrier, please address the package to:
