Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of our warehouse Quality Control team, there can be rare occasions where sizing errors occur during the fulfilment process. This can include:
- Apparel size errors - receiving a different size than ordered (e.g., an XL instead of an XXL)
- Specification size errors - receiving the wrong size variant within a product type (e.g., incorrect loft, flex, dexterity, or midsize grips instead of standard)
Before contacting us, we kindly ask that you double-check your Order Confirmation email to independently verify the size you originally ordered.
It's also worth checking whether the product uses UK or US sizing, as some items on our site are listed in UK sizing which can differ from the US equivalent. For these items, you'll see "UK Sized" where you select your specifications. Besides these specific cases, most major manufacturers will print the US size on the garment itself.
After checking, if you're confident a size error has occurred on our end, please contact our Customer Service team with some clear images of the item received, including any product tags or barcodes, so we can confirm the error and proceed with next steps to get this fixed ASAP.
Organising return (covered by GolfBox)
If the error is our fault, we will cover return postage costs on the incorrect item(s) and shipping on the correct/replacement item(s) subject to stock availability.
Depending on the size of the item, return may be possible via your local AusPost outlet. Otherwise, GolfBox will organise a courier service for the pickup at our cost.
Your replacement order with the correct size will be dispatched immediately once the return tracking number is supplied.
In the event we are unable to supply the originally ordered size, you will be notified accordingly, with a full refund processed to your order's payment method.
