Items purchased online via our website, can be returned at one of our retail store locations with proof of purchase.

However, we are only able to process refunds directly back to your online orders original payment method.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing following return, and you will receive an automated refund confirmation email once the returns process has been finalised. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours for refunds to appear back in your account subject to your financial institutions processing times.
In the meantime, you are welcome to purchase any replacement item(s) as desired on a new order entirely, either purchasing the replacement items in-store, or placing the new order online again.
