Following dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an automated tracking email from GolfBox which will contain a link to the relevant carrier's website/tracking tool, and your consignment number(s).
The carrier should have options to register for email and/or SMS tracking notifications from this page.
It's also possible to manually input your consignment number into the carriers main website, if you are experiencing any issues with the hyperlink.

The final status you will see at the respective tracking link will be "Delivered", and this same tracking link will show a date and time for the delivery scanning event.
If tracking is showing "Delivered", however you cannot locate the parcel, please refer to the My order is noted as delivered, but I can't find it article for the next steps.
