Can I add some additional item(s) to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately it's not possible for us to add item(s) to an existing order, however contact our Customer Service team ASAP, and we can assist with cancelling the original order so you can repurchase with all the required items.

The ability to cancel the original order will depend on the it's current fulfilment status.

Due to our automated systems and prompt dispatch practices, once an order has been fulfilled in the warehouse we are unable to cancel or amend the order in any way, including updates to products, quantities or shipping details. 

Please contact customer service for assistance. The sooner you contact after placing the order, the better the chances we can intercept the automated fulfilment process and accommodate your request.
