The ability to update/amend orders will depend on the order's current fulfilment status.
As long as your order has not be shipped, and is not an Afterpay or Zip order, then we may able to amend your order subject to its progress in the fulfilment process.
Any changes to the value of the item(s) will require cancellation and repurchase on a new order.
Due to our automated systems and prompt dispatch practices, once an order has been fulfilled in the warehouse we are unable to cancel or amend the order in any way, including updates to products, quantities or shipping details.
Please contact customer service for assistance. The sooner you contact after placing the order, the better the chances we can intercept the automated fulfilment process and accommodate your request.
