"Awaiting Fulfilment" status means we have received your order into the warehouse and it will be picked/packed and shipped shortly.
The warehouse will do their best to fulfil and dispatch all orders before 3pm AEST, with any outstanding orders scheduled for dispatch the following day.
Pre-orders will sit in the "Awaiting Fulfilment" status until the items have been dispatched from our warehouse in line with the official product release date as outlined by the respective manufacturer.
If you notice the status of your order hasn't changed for 24-48 hours, and it's definitely not a pre-order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we can provide more detailed insight.
