Yes, Free Click & Collect/in-store pickup is now available for our Perth metro customers!
For each product listing on our website, under the "Add to Cart" button, you will see a new "Pick Up In Store *WA Only" section which relates to Click & Collect availability.
How to Select Pick Up In Store (Click & Collect):
After selecting a product variant (specification, size or colour), this section will update in real-time to show Click & Collect availability at each store for the selected item.
Once you select a store for collection, you can proceed with adding the item to your Cart as normal.
In the event the items on your order are stocked across multiple warehouse locations, Click & Collect will not be possible, and you will be prompted with a notification/disclaimer when completing the "Shipping" section of the Checkout process.
Please note: Click & Collect availability will depend on the type of product you're purchasing. For example, certain products may only be available for collection from a specific store.
Pickup Times:
Click & Collect Orders will generally be ready within 1-2 business days, subject to stock location and availability.
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Once the order has been fulfilled in the warehouse and is ready to be collected, you will receive an automated notification via both SMS and email.
We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us or attempting collection until you receive this notification. This will help avoid any delays with processing and ensure you receive your order ASAP.
If unforeseen delays or missing stock results in your order not being ready within 1-2 business days, a member of the team will reach out ASAP via email to discuss alternative options.
Collection Notice:
We will hold your Click & Collect order for a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase. If the items have not been collected by this time, the order will be refunded in full to your original payment method and the stock will be returned to the website, becoming available for other customers to purchase.
When you arrive in-store, please head to the counter and show a team member a copy of your Order Collection Notification (SMS and/or email), as this will contain the relevant order number for our staff.
For verification purposes, please bring Photo ID such as a current driver's license or passport when collecting an order in-store. Please note that a photo of your ID cannot be used as a valid form of identification and we are required to verify the physical hardcopy.
Pre-Filled Address Details:
Please be aware that if you select a payment method which pre-fills your address details such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, this may override the "Shipping" section at checkout, so please double-check this prior to finalising payment. You will also receive an "Order Confirmation" email immediately after purchasing which will serve as another opportunity to double-check your shipping address and order details generally.
