Can't add items to my cart - troubleshooting guide

Work through the steps below in order to resolve the most common reasons you can't add an item to your cart on golfbox.com.au.

Step 1 - Select all product options

• Most products require you to select all options (dexterity, flex, loft, shaft, colour, size, etc.) before the Add to Cart button activates.
• If you haven't selected all options, a popup will appear saying "Please select one of these options."
• Select all available options and try again.

Step 2 - Check if the item is out of stock

• GolfBox runs a live inventory system. If your selected specification is out of stock, the Add to Cart button will be replaced by a Notify Me When Back in Stock button.
• Click Notify Me and enter your email address to be automatically notified when stock is available.

Step 3 - Titleist and FootJoy products

• Titleist and FootJoy products cannot be added to cart directly. They are available via the online quote system only.
• Select your options on the product listing and click Request Quote. You'll be automatically emailed pricing and a direct purchase link.

Step 4 - Try a different browser

• Safari users: Safari can cause cart issues on some product pages. Switch to Google Chrome or another browser and try again.
• Outdated browser: An out-of-date browser can prevent items from being added to cart. Visit updatemybrowser.org to check and update your browser, or try on a different device.

Step 5 - Generate a help code for support

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, generate a help code so our team can diagnose the technical problem:

1. Go to the product page where the issue is occurring.
2. Add #helpcode to the end of the URL in your browser address bar and press Enter.
   Example: https://www.golfbox.com.au/clubs/taylormade-qi4d-ls-driver/#helpcode
3. A 6-digit code will appear on the page.
4. Email the code and a description of your issue to cs@golfbox.com.au and our Customer Service team will troubleshoot further.
