An item I'm looking for is out of stock - when will it be restocked?

GolfBox runs a live inventory system that updates stock levels in real time. If an item shows as out of stock online, it is completely sold out across our warehouse and all retail stores.

Get notified when it's back in stock

1. Go to the product listing on golfbox.com.au.
2. Select your preferred specification or colour option.
3. If available, a blue Notify Me When Back in Stock button will appear in place of the Add to Cart button.
4. Enter your email address and click Register.
5. You'll receive an automatic email notification as soon as the item is restocked.

Restock expectations by product type

• Current production models: We can place a special order for out-of-stock specifications. Lead time is typically 3-5+ weeks, subject to component availability at the manufacturer.
• Older, discontinued, or clearance models: These are unlikely to be restocked.
• In-stock items: All variants showing as in stock are in the warehouse and ready for same-day dispatch if ordered before 3pm AEST Monday-Friday.

Troubleshooting

• No "Notify Me" button available for your item? Contact our Customer Service team with the product name and specification - we can check if a special order is possible and provide an ETA.
• Received a restock notification but item is out of stock again? Stock can sell out quickly after restocking. Contact Customer Service to enquire about a special order.
