Sometimes email providers (like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or others) mistakenly send legitimate emails to your Spam or Junk folder. This can happen even though we send our emails properly. Please be assured, this can be easily fixed so our messages always land in your Inbox.
If you don't receive the quote to your inbox within 10-15 minutes, please double check your junk/spam folder. The quickest and most reliable way ensure future quotes are delivered to your inbox, is to add our email address to your contacts or "safe senders" list in your email client.
Here's how to do it in the most popular email services:
Gmail (on computer or phone app):
- Open an email from us (check your Spam folder if it's not in your Inbox).
- Click or tap the three dots (⋯) next to the reply button.
- Choose "Add GolfBox to Contacts list" or "Mark as not spam."
- Once added to contacts, our emails should go directly to your Inbox.
Outlook, Hotmail, or Microsoft 365:
- Open an email from us (check your Junk folder if needed).
- Right-click the email (or tap and hold on mobile) and choose "Junk" → "Never block sender" or "Add to Safe senders."
- You can also drag the email from Junk to your Inbox — Outlook will ask if you want to trust future emails from us.
Yahoo Mail:
- Open an email from us in your Spam folder.
- Click or tap "Not Spam" at the top.
- To be extra sure, go to Settings → More Settings → Filters → Add a filter and allow emails from our address.
Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, or Mac):
- Open an email from us.
- Tap the sender's name at the top.
- Choose "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIP."
Other email providers:
- Look for a button that says "Not spam," "Mark as safe," or "Add to safe senders" when you open one of our emails.
- Or simply add our email address (cs@golfbox.com.au) to your contacts/address book.
