Can I make changes to my Afterpay order?

Once an Afterpay payment is approved and finalised, the order details and order value cannot be changed. This is due to the way Afterpay calculates and schedules repayments.

How to amend an Afterpay order

The only way to change an Afterpay order is to cancel and refund the original, then place a new order with the correct items.

1. Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at cs@golfbox.com.au with your order number and the changes you need.
2. We will cancel and refund the original order (only possible before dispatch from our warehouse).
3. Place a new order on golfbox.com.au with the correct items.

Important notes

• Act quickly: Cancellation is only possible before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can intercept it.
• Afterpay refund: The refund will be returned to your Afterpay account. Only instalments already charged will be refunded. See How long will my GolfBox refund take to process? for timelines.

Troubleshooting
