How to pay with Afterpay in-store

• Open the Afterpay App on your phone.
• The app will display your available Afterpay spending limit.
• Use your Afterpay Card (virtual card in the app) to pay at the register.

Afterpay refunds in-store

• Refunds for Afterpay transactions are returned to your Afterpay account only.
• Afterpay refunds cannot be issued as store credit or to any other payment method.

Troubleshooting

• Afterpay App not showing your card? Open the Afterpay App and check your account is active and in good standing. Contact Afterpay Support if your account is restricted.
• In-store Afterpay payment declined? Check your available balance in the Afterpay App. If the issue persists, contact Afterpay Support directly.
• Refund not appearing in your Afterpay account? Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. If it hasn't appeared after 5 business days, contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
