GolfBox offers a 30-day returns policy, however unfortunately we don't exchange returned items directly.
Please feel free to repurchase the replacement item(s) on a new order entirely, and your returned item/s will be refunded back to your orders original payment method within 3-5 business days of arriving back to our warehouse.
AusPost will provide a return tracking number once you have posted back any item(s) via the Easy Returns portal. This number typically starts with the prefix 333 or 33TUA, and you can input this number into the below link to monitor the status of the return at any time.

Once your refund has been finalised by our returns department, you will receive an automated refund confirmation email which serves as a notification the process has been completed.
