My item doesn't fit - can I exchange it?

Exchange policy

GolfBox does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or specification.

This process lets you repurchase immediately to secure the replacement stock, rather than waiting for the return to be received and processed manually.

How to exchange for the right size

1. Place a new order for the correct size or specification on golfbox.com.au to secure the stock.
2. Return the original item using the Australia Post Easy Returns portal (for packages under 100cm and 15kg) for a flat fee of $15.70.
3. If your package exceeds 100cm or 15kg, arrange your own carrier and send to the GolfBox returns address. See where do I send my return? for the address.
4. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse.
