How eGift cards are delivered

• eGift cards and certificates are sent directly to the recipient's email address you enter when placing the order.
• To receive the certificate yourself, enter your own email address in the recipient email field at checkout.

How to print your eGift card

1. Open the email sent to the recipient's address.
2. Locate the certificate attachment in the email.
3. Open or download the file.
4. Print from your device.

Troubleshooting

• If the email has not arrived, check the spam/junk folder.
• If the attachment is missing or won't open, contact our customer service team and a PDF copy can be sent to you by email.
• If you entered the wrong recipient email address, contact our customer service team with your order number to have it resent.
