How to check your GolfBox gift certificate or gift card balance

You can check the remaining balance on any GolfBox gift certificate or gift card at any time.

Option A - Direct balance checker

• Go directly to the GolfBox gift card balance checker.
• Enter your gift certificate or gift card code and click Check Balance.

Option B - Via the website

1. Go to golfbox.com.au and click Gift Cards in the top navigation.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the eGift Card Redemption > Check Balance section.
3. Enter your code and check your balance.

Troubleshooting

• Balance showing zero but you haven't used the card? Contact our Customer Service team with your gift card code and original purchase confirmation.
• Code not recognised? Double-check for typos. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service with your code and purchase details.
