Can I use my eGift certificate in-store?

Yes. Gift certificates purchased online can be used both online and in-store at any GolfBox retail location.

• In-store: Show a printed or electronic copy of your gift certificate to the staff member at the register.
• Gift certificate code format: Codes are 5 characters, for example: 3XYZ2
• Online: Enter the gift certificate code in the coupon/gift certificate field at checkout on golfbox.com.au.

Troubleshooting

• Code not working in-store? Ask the staff member to manually enter the code at the register. If it still fails, contact our Customer Service team with the code and your original purchase confirmation.
• Code not working online? Double-check the code for typos (codes are case-sensitive). If the issue persists, contact Customer Service with your code and original purchase confirmation.
• Lost your gift certificate email? Check your spam/junk folder, then contact Customer Service with the email address used to purchase.
