Items purchased online can be returned at one of our store locations with proof of purchase however we are only able to process refunds online, directly back to your original payment method.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and you will receive an automated refund confirmation email from GolfBox once this has been finalised. We recommend allowing up to 72 hours for refunds to appear back in your account subject to your financial institutions processing times.
