How to contact Motocaddy support

• Visit the Motocaddy Australia contact page to submit a warranty or technical support request.
• Have your product serial number ready before contacting them - it is required for all troubleshooting. The serial number starts with the letters MC.

Where to find your serial number

• Check the underside of the buggy chassis or the battery compartment area.
• Check the original product packaging or your GolfBox order confirmation email.

• Can't find your serial number? Contact our Customer Service team with your GolfBox order number and we can help locate it.
• Issue not resolved by Motocaddy support? Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and a summary of the issue and Motocaddy's response.
