I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout

If your order qualified for a coupon or discount and you forgot to enter the relevant code, please email our Customer Service Team with your Order number and the Coupon Code you wish to use. 

If the code is valid we can manually adjust the order and refund the amount of the applicable discount to your original payment method. Some coupons are unable to be retrospectively applied, in which case we can cancel the order and you can repurchase with the coupon. 

Please reach out as soon as possible after purchasing, as amendments to the order are not possible following fulfilment in the warehouse.

Please Note: Afterpay and Zip orders are unable to be modified.
