What to do if you forgot your coupon code

1. Email our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.
2. Include your order number and the coupon code you intended to use.
3. If the code is valid, the team will manually adjust the order and refund the discount amount to your original payment method.

If the coupon cannot be applied retrospectively

• Some coupons cannot be applied after an order is placed.
• In this case, the order will need to be cancelled and refunded so you can place a new order and apply the coupon before finalising payment.

Important limitations

• Amendments are not possible once an order has been fulfilled in the warehouse - contact the team as soon as possible.
• Afterpay and Zip orders cannot be modified once placed.

Troubleshooting
