Orders that have a status of "Processing" or "Awaiting Fulfilment" haven't been shipped yet, with this order status updating to "Shipped" following dispatch. A "Partially Shipped" order status indicates some items have been dispatched, with the remaining items scheduled to be fulfilled ASAP.
Orders placed before 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped that day providing all items are in-stock and pass warehouse Quality Control checks. Orders placed after hours are usually dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped Monday, however during periods of high order volumes including Sales, we recommend allowing 1-2 business days for fulfilment and dispatch.
Orders can be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations, so your entire order may not be dispatched, or delivered at the same time.

Shipping Confirmation Email
Notification of shipment and tracking information will be automatically emailed to customers at approximately 7pm AEST, after the freight scans into the carrier's local depot following dispatch from our warehouse.
