When will I receive my refund?

Items returned with the AusPost Easy Returns portal travel via Parcel Post, and generally arrive back to our warehouse within 7-10 business days. 

Once received, we will process your return/refund within 3-5 business days, and when this has been finalised, you will receive an automated refund confirmation email.

Before contacting us, please check the status of your return via the associated tracking link. The return tracking number typically starts with 333 or 33TUA and will be on the physical or email receipt from AusPost.
