If you would like to cancel specific items, or your order entirely, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Please include the word 'Cancel' in the subject line, and quote your 7-digit order number to ensure your request is actioned with high priority.
As long as your order has not yet shipped, then we may able to cancel prior to dispatch, subject to its progress in the fulfilment process.
The sooner you contact after placing the order, the better the chances we can intercept the automated fulfilment process and accommodate your request.
Due to our automated systems and prompt dispatch, once an order has been fulfilled in the warehouse we are unable to cancel or amend the order in any way, including updates to products, quantities or shipping details.
