Refunds will be processed back to your orders original method of payment. You will receive an email from GolfBox with Order Status of 'Refunded' when we have sent the refund request to the relevant payment provider.
Credit Card
Credit card refunds will now show in your banking app in real-time.
PayPal
You should receive an email from PayPal notifying you of the refund once processed.
AfterPay
You should receive an email from Afterpay notifying you of the refund once processed. Please note: you will only be refunded for payments that Afterpay have already charged you for. If you have only made the first payment, then 1/4 of the sale value will be refunded, as that is all you have paid.
ZIP
Similarly to Afterpay, you will receive an email form ZIP notifying you of the refund once processed. Please note: you will only be refunded for payments that ZIP have already charged you for. If you have only made the first payment, then this will be the value of the refunded, as that is all you have paid.
Store Credit
If you have an Account with us you may opt to receive Store Credit rather than waiting for the money to go back onto your credit card or PayPal account. Store Credit can be redeemed straight away by logging into your account, and has no expiry. Store Credit is not available for AfterPay transactions.
