How to Check Gift Certificate/Gift Card Balance?

Customers can check the balance of any of your gift certificates or gift cards by going to the top of our website and clicking on Gift Cards. 

The Balance Checker can be found towards the bottom of the page, in the eGift Card Redemption > Check Balance section. Alternatively, please find a direct link HERE

Agents can check the Gift Card balance and expiry in BigCommerce, under the Orders --> Gift Certificates menu
