Missing gift certificates are typically related to one of the following scenarios:
- The order is incomplete - are you sure the order is complete and payment finalised? Did you receive an order confirmation email?
- Spam filtering - please check your junk/spam folder as gift certificates are often inadvertently filtered as the emails are system-generated.
- Wrong email address for recipient- Please contact our Customer Service and advise them the correct email address, so this can be re-sent.
- If you're still having issues receiving the email, Customer Service can provide a printable PDF copy for you.
