Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges, sorry.
GolfBox offers a 30-day returns policy, however this process involves returning/refunding the original unit, and repurchasing replacement(s) on a new order entirely, as opposed to an exchange.
Our policy is designed so you can repurchase immediately to secure the desired replacement stock, rather than waiting for the returned item to be received and exchanged manually. This ensures that the replacement item or specification you want is not purchased by another customer in the meantime.
Returned item/s will be refunded back to your orders original payment method within processing typically within 3-5 business days of the return arriving back to our warehouse.

You are welcome to avail our fixed-price AusPost EasyReturns link for returns <100cm/15kg, with more details on this found in the "Where to Post Returns" section.
Please note: If your package exceeds 100cm/15kg, you will need to use your own carrier as per Option B in the same section at the above link.
