Can I get a tax invoice?

Downloading your tax invoice (account orders)

1. Log in to your account and open the relevant order.
2. Click Print Invoice.
3. In the print dialog, change the destination to Save as PDF to download a copy.

Guest checkout orders

• Email our customer service team with your order number to request a PDF copy of your tax invoice.

International customers

• New Zealand customers may need a GST invoice if Customs requires proof of payment.
• Non-Australian residents who purchased goods in Australia and are taking them overseas may be eligible for a Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) claim. See the Australian Border Force TRS page for more information.

Troubleshooting

• If the Print Invoice option is not visible in your account, ensure you are logged in and viewing the correct order.
• If you cannot locate your order in your account, contact our customer service team with your order number and a copy will be emailed to you.
